Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44104591) and the date (3/11/1444 AH), in which reference is made to the letter of the General Authority for Transport No. (1/44/8836) and the date (10/28/1444 AH), which includes the list of The organization for the activity of fares and fare brokers and the directive issued by the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics No. (27/1/1441 AH) and its amendments, which stipulated in Article Twenty-Three that the taxi driver is required to:
To have a valid general driving license following the traffic law and its implementing regulations
Passing the medical examination specified by the Authority
To have a certificate of absence of precedents
To have a training certificate approved by the Authority
